We are the creators of Solace, an AI-powered, voice-based therapy platform that offers personalized and user-focused therapeutic support.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside our marketing team to implement and optimize our digital marketing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about mental health, technology, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, customer engagement, and retention.
2. Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues, suggesting actionable insights for improvement.
3. Assist with content creation for our website and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice and mission.
4. Support the management of our online communities to drive engagement and growth.
5. Help execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional messages.
6. Support SEO/SEM initiatives, content marketing, display advertising campaigns, and other growth hacking techniques.
7. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and insights.
8. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

1. Pursuing or completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of different digital marketing channels.
3. Good understanding of marketing trends and techniques.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
6. Familiarity with major social media platforms.
7. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
